MacArthur, who was suspended on December 14 and has not been back at work for more than a month. As an organization representing more than 11,000 newspaper editors and journalists who hold security clearances, we share a responsibility to our readers, to our employees, and to our profession to condemn these attacks as they fly in the face of the work we do every day to report on critical issues and national security.

I’m looking for the same, Meta2 is very good but it’s a bit limited, in that it only works for apps you know it’s going to work with.
I want to be able to point Meta2 at any window and tell it to scale all the windows to 400×400.
It would mean I didn’t need to edit any.vpls, just a single scales.ini to define the scaling I wanted to use.
I have found a VB DLL which I can use with VC++, but it has the downside that I’d need to recompile from the VB source. I like to see if there’s a solution without going down that path.
I think it might be possible to take the ScaleWindow function from my DLL and build a different one in C++.
However, I haven’t yet had the time to find out how to find out what methods are available in a given DLL or how to check the prototypes of such methods.

Meta2 Skins are textured skins, with a little bit of effect under the skin. They are just skins, like WinAmp skins, but are textured, so they have a shadow, specular highlights, a little bit of reflection if there is one, etc.
Meta2 will not change the total appearance, just the skins appearance. The owner of the skin can however, change the skins appearence, which is why I doubt you’ll be able to remove the shadow if you have it set as a background, and it wont be easy to remove the reflection without the owner’s skin being changed.
