Set execute permission on batch file
I am running a batch file from other users terminal. There is no logging, just simple args and executing it in appropriate folder. The batch file creates an archive created as garbage each time run. I am looking for a way to set the file permissions in batch file in order to avoid this. My temporary solution is to stop using batch file and use winscp.

The issue that I stated in comment is that your procmon logfile is writing to %temp%\TMP on second attempt. That’s why you can’t find it in your primary working folder. It’s possible that your profile has ‘high’ execute permission for that folder.
I’d just modify the logic in

A Little Help
At this point in the review you might be asking yourself “Is this really a new game?”. My response is an emphatic “NO!”. It is a compilation of the 360 version of Lords of Shadow, the PlayStation 3 version of Lords of Shadow 2, and a DVD/Blu-ray. What’s on the DVD? I will cover the features first, after that I’ll cover all the extras.

Features
I’ll have to be brief here. There is nothing new to be covered. Sure, there is a new coat of paint and no microtransactions but that’s pretty much it.
Good news is that they included the full soundtrack and both the original (audio only) and the master (audio + subtitles) versions. On top of that, they include the Director’s Cut of the game and all the English voice options. If that isn’t enough, they include the new art style as well.
You may ask why they didn’t include the content from the previous release, Lords of Shadow. Well, that is because the content from the previous release includes the game and all of the DLC. It also includes the Master of Darkness pack. The games included in this release are as follows:
