i’ve been using this version of adobe master collection for several years and i really like the improvements. it’s a great app for the home or office user. i love the ability to make a specific folder and sync it to dropbox. it’s perfect for me. i have yet to find a reason not to use it. the one negative is the lack of a watermark option when making a pdf. the watermark does not appear on the generated pdf and that feature has been available for several years. i also miss the ability to tag images. it used to be that you could tag them with a description that you could search for later. i’m sure they have that feature but it’s not working for me right now. i have asked them about this but haven’t heard back. the other issue is a minor one. the color space setting for b&w images is not accurate. i keep getting an option for auto and it’s not. it should be set to srgb.
i use the free trial for photoshop elements and it works well. i use it for my photos and home videos. it’s great for converting video to various formats and it works well for that. it’s not as robust as other apps like adobe premiere elements, but i use that one for my editing. i can’t really comment on the other programs you mentioned because i don’t use them. i’ve used the free trial for framemaker and it works well. i can import, create, edit, and export pages.
